Today is Father's Day. We honored George with a nice dinner celebration and gifts. We love the dad in our family. Last night he came home early from Vernal and took Katie and me to the Manti Pageant. It was a late night, but a great experience to see that inspirational performance of the Mormon Miracle.
This week was our Springville Stake dinner for the members who are 75 years and older. It was fun to see how many appreciated the pampering session. My niece Amy Blackburn did a wonderful job providing the music for this crowd of almost 200. I appreciated her willingness to play and sing for this group. This is such a big activity that we as a Stake RS Presidency pull off but I know a good time was had by all.
