This year we attended the Art Ball at the Springville Art Museum. Katie girl was one of 12 finalists for the Art Royalty. There were 72 applicants and she made the top 12. We were so proud of her. She was so graceful and elegant as she walked down the finalist ramp. The girl has always been royalty. She is so beautiful and lovely. We supported her during this special time. George came home early as he and Ben rented tuxedos and Michelle, Katie, and I dressed up fancy for the night. The week before Katie had her interview and talent presentation at a Mother's Tea. I was thrilled for her mature manner in how Katie handled herself as she left her comfort zone. The Art Ball was a fun night for us as a family. How often do you get to dance the night away and get all dressed up?

Ben's in his top-hat & Michelle w/ her matching yellow dress & gloves & beautiful flower in her hair! - & Katie just couldn't be more lovely!! Sweet 16, indeed! She had a handsome date w/ her, too, all dressed for the big night out on the town! Christy, you & George really know how to make it FUN to celebrate the lovely occasions that come along lifes' path...& this, being a very special evening for your beautiful, gifted & talented daughter!! We are so very proud of Katie - & all your family members! You two are quite the team, raising wonderful children, up-rightly before the Lord! I am so proud to call you friends, please know!!
